Real Estate Ads

Advertising your historic property with The Georgia Trust includes a 1/9 page print ad in the Rambler and a web ad in the “Properties For Sale” section of our website, which is visited by approximately 10,000 individuals per month.

Your historic real estate ad includes one photo of the property and up to 70 words of copy. We post your ad on our website immediately upon payment. The online ad includes a link to your website, where potential buyers can view more photos and details of the property.

Real Estate Advertising Requirements

• A hi-resolution JPEG photo of the property.
• No more than 70 words of descriptive copy per print ad.
• Payment by check or credit card.
Ads will be posted upon payment.

• Submit copy and photos via email to tclark@georgiatrust.org.

Refund Notice – Real Estate Ads

Please note that if you reserve ad space in multiple issues and your property sells before the end of your ad cycle, the Trust will not issue a refund. The Trust will issue a credit equal to the value of the ad time you have left for future use if arrangements are made at least one month prior to your next ad’s publication. Or, you may substitute a different historic property in the space.

Deadlines

The editor must receive all advertising materials and payment by the advertising deadline. Ad space is limited; space is reserved on a first come/first serve basis. Space is not reserved until payment is received.

Policies

The Georgia Trust reserves the right to edit copy and crop photos to maintain our website and publication style standards. The Trust reserves the right to decline any advertising or to edit for historic/architectural accuracy and publication style standards.
