Historic Preservation Leadership Course 2025

$115.00 – $150.00Learn about the history of Georgia and its rich architectural heritage. Session topics include an overview of Georgia history, historic architectural styles, preservation law, and economic incentives for historic preservation. This course will be presented over three virtual, two-hour sessions on three consecutive Wednesdays. Anyone interested in learning these important aspects of historic preservation is invited to sign up. Continuing education is available for realtors and architects.

Session 1: January 22, 2025, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Session 2: January 29, 2025, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Session 3: February 5, 2025, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Continuing Education Credits: The course is certified for 6 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education and 6 AIA Continuing Education Learning Units. Realtors must attend all sessions to receive credit (partial credits will not be awarded for partial participation).
