Hotel Granada
Thursday, August 7, 2025
6-8 p.m.
Hotel Granada
1302 W. Peachtree Street, NW, Atlanta
Join Inherit GA for an exclusive tour of Midtown’s Hotel Granada. Originally built in 1924 as the Granada Apartments, this Spanish Colonial style retreat featured a stucco façade, red terracotta roof, and open-air courtyard, creating a Mediterranean oasis in bustling Atlanta. Converted to a hotel in 1984, it operated under various names, most recently as the Artmore Hotel, while retaining its signature Spanish-Mediterranean character.
Purchased in 2022, the property underwent a meticulous two-year rehabilitation focused on preserving its historic charm. Signature elements such as the original “Granada” mosaic tile and courtyard fountain were lovingly maintained. The newly reimagined interiors artfully combine Spanish bohemian influences with Southern elegance. Reopened in August 2024, it now offers 120 beautifully appointed boutique rooms.
Attendees will be welcomed with a complimentary beverage and the chance to mingle in Pom Court, Hotel Granada’s inviting dining venue nestled in a shaded courtyard. Guests will also enjoy an exclusive tour of this preserved Atlanta landmark, featuring art curated in collaboration with SCAD to enrich the hotel’s public spaces. Celebrate Atlanta’s vibrant arts scene and honor its historic legacy.
