Historic Preservation Leadership Course 2026

Learn about the history of Georgia and its rich architectural heritage. Session topics include an overview of Georgia history, historic architectural styles, preservation law, and economic incentives for historic preservation. This course will be presented over three virtual, two-hour sessions on three consecutive Wednesdays. Anyone interested in learning these important aspects of historic preservation is invited to sign up. Continuing education is available for realtors, architects and planners.

Session 2: January 28, 2026, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Session 3: February 4, 2026, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

– 6 AICP Certification Maintenance Credits
– 6 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education
Special Note for Realtors: You must attend all three sessions to receive credit; partial credits will not be awarded for partial participation. Course 67545 is GREC approved for 6 hours of CE credit. If you have taken this course number within the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit. Course credits are certified by GREC School – Atlanta REALTORS® School of Real Estate, GREC School Number 137.
