Rhodes Race at the Haunted Castle 5K
October 23, 2021
Rhodes Hall
1516 Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta
Bring your whole family to the race!
Every Halloween from 1984 to 1992, Rhodes Hall became the perfect setting for one of Atlanta’s most popular haunted houses. Today its haunted atmosphere has given way to sparkling interior and exterior details, but that doesn’t stop us from getting into the Halloween spirit!
This dog and stroller friendly 5K will wind through the creepy twists and ghoulish hills of one of Atlanta’s oldest and boo-tiful neighborhoods, Ansley Park.
Feel free to run or walk in your best Halloween costume!
Afterwards join us for a costume contest and prizes. You can even take a self-guided tour inside our “haunted castle,” and who knows, maybe you’ll get a glimpse of our resident apparition. All fitness levels welcome!
Event takes place rain or shine.
A Peachtree Qualifier
The Rhodes Race at the Haunted Castle 5K is an AJC Peachtree Road Race Official Qualifying Event. That means you can submit your race results to the Atlanta Track Club for start wave placement in next year’s AJC Peachtree Road Race!
Here’s what’s in store:
- Awesome t-shirt
- Scenic course through historic Ansley Park
