Please find below the forms needed to successfully
receive your PLU credits. You will need to fill out
the Prior Approval form for your individual county
as well as the Georgia Standards Commission
form.
Please bring your
completed Prior Approval form to the workshop with
you and return the Georgia Standards Commission Form
to the address on the top of the document upon
completion of the program.
