Circulation
The Rambler is the full-color quarterly publication of The Georgia Trust, a nonprofit statewide historic preservation organization. It is distributed
four times a year to the more than 8,000 members of The Georgia Trust from around the state and to other local and national organizations.
The Rambler is also posted on the Trust’s Web site at
www.georgiatrust.org. Real estate advertisements placed in
The Rambler also appear within the "Properties
For Sale" section of the Trust’s Web site, which is visited by approximately
19,000 individuals per month. The ad will
run online from within five business days of payment through the final month of your
print advertising contract.
Prices
Discounts are offered for regular submissions. To receive the frequent
advertiser discount, ads must be scheduled at time of payment. Nonprofit organizations and Georgia Trust
Preservation Professionals
receive 15% discount from total price. Please call for advertising rates for
more than 3 issues.

Real Estate Ads
To be advertised in The Rambler, a property must be at least 50 years old and on or eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. If you are unsure
whether a property is eligible for advertising, please contact the
Rambler editor. Photos may be black and white or color. Photos and text may be e-mailed to the editor. Digital photos
must be at least 300 dpi quality at around 3" x 5" in size saved as a
.JPG, .TIF or .EPS format. If you are unsure if your digital image conforms to
these specifications, please mail an original photograph as well.
REFUND NOTICE—Real Estate Ads
Please note that if you reserve ad space in multiple issues and your property sells before the end of your ad cycle, the Trust will not issue a refund. The Trust will issue a credit equal to the value of the ad time you have left for future use if arrangements are made at least one month prior to your next ad’s publication. Or,
you may substitute a different historic property in
the space.
Deadlines
The editor must receive all advertising materials and
payment by the advertising deadline.
Please note: Advertising
deadline for the Fall 2008 issue is Friday, September
26,
2008. Ad space is limited; space is reserved on a first come/first serve basis.
Space is not reserved until payment is received.
Policies
The Trust reserves the right to decline any advertising or to edit for historic/architectural accuracy and Rambler style. Real estate advertised in
The Rambler is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act. All non-real
estate advertisements must be camera ready or submitted in
.TIF, . EPS or
.PDF format. Payment must be received with ads, either as a check made payable
to The Georgia Trust or by Visa or MasterCard.
The Rambler does not guarantee publication dates.
