The Rambler is the full-color quarterly publication of The Georgia Trust, a nonprofit statewide historic preservation organization. It is distributed four times a year to members of The Georgia Trust from around the state and to other local and national organizations. Past issues of The Rambler are also posted on the Trust’s Web site at www.georgiatrust.org. Real estate advertisements placed in The Rambler also appear within the "Properties For Sale" section of the Trust’s website, which is visited by approximately 19,000 individuals per month. The ad will run online from within five business days of payment through the final month of your print advertising contract.
Discounts are offered for regular submissions. To receive the frequent advertiser discount, ads must be scheduled at time of payment. Nonprofit organizations and Georgia Trust Business Members receive discounts depending on level of membership. Please call for advertising rates for more than 3 issues.

REFUND NOTICE—Real Estate Ads
Please note that if you reserve ad space in multiple issues and your property sells before the end of your ad cycle, the Trust will not issue a refund. The Trust will issue a credit equal to the value of the ad time you have left for future use if arrangements are made at least one month prior to your next ad’s publication. Or, you may substitute a different historic property in the space.
The editor must receive all advertising materials and payment by the advertising deadline. Advertising deadline for the Spring 2013 issue has been extended until Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Ad space is limited; space is reserved on a first come/first serve basis. Space is not reserved until payment is received.

Real estate advertised in The Rambler is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act. All non-real estate advertisements must be submitted in JPG, TIF, EPS or PDF format. Payment must be received with ads, either as a check made payable to The Georgia Trust or by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. The Rambler does not guarantee publication dates.
