Placemaking is a multi-faceted approach to the planning, design and management of public spaces. Learn about how this concept is being utilized to enhance and protect Howard Finster’s world renowned folk art site, Paradise Gardens. Listed as a Georgia Trust Place in Peril in 2010, Paradise Gardens is setting an example of Placemeking in Chattooga County through partnerships with the local community, art community and preservation community.
