The Georgia Trust

STUDY TOURS

Discover the historic city of Bordeaux and the surrounding countryside.

Enjoy your stay at the luxurious historic Hotel De Seze.

Enjoy a three-course lunch paired with the property's wines at Chateau Kirwan, a late 18th century château built by Mark Kirwan, a prosperous Irish businessman. Kirwan did much to enhance the wine's reputation, and the book "Thomas Jefferson on Wine" tells us that the third American president praised the wine greatly during a trip to Bordeaux in 1787.

You'll be treated to a tour through Chateau Siran, the oldest family-owned estate in the Margaux appellation. Not only will you learn about the rich history and visit the property, but we will also take you through the old wine cellar, which is today an exhibition area for a superb family collection of over 300 wine-related objects. Afterwards, enjoy a tasting of the property's wines.

Visit Saint Emilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that includes an intact medieval town and world famous vineyard.
