CUPID AT THE CASTLE

Forecast calls for love and romance: Cupid at the Castle, Valentine's Day, 2010

Couples can have the ceremony of their dreams for a fraction of the cost this Valentines Day, February 14, 2010, at Rhodes Hall, Atlanta’s “Castle on Peachtree.”

Weddings, commitment ceremonies and vow renewals are all available. Rhodes Hall will provide a romantic setting for these brief, inexpensive ceremonies. Couples can opt to exchange vows under the magnificent granite arches of the front porch overlooking Peachtree Street, or in the gorgeous Victorian-style Reception Hall.

Chaplain O’Keefe-West, an Irish wedding minister, will perform the ceremonies. Ron Jones Photography will be on hand to capture the moments of your most memorable day. The bakery at the Ponce de Leon Whole Foods Market will provide a special treat for each couple to share as they toast their love and prosperity.

Appointment times are available between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m., with couples saying “I do” every 15 minutes.  The cost per ceremony is a $200 donation if you book before February 1. $225, thereafter. All proceeds to benefit The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation.

Wedding ceremony couples are asked to bring a valid marriage license. A maximum of 20 guests is allowed.

Call 404-885-7812 for more details and to reserve your special time.
