In addition to regular tours and special events, Hay House is also available for weddings, receptions, banquets and other occasions.

Weekend/Holiday Rental Fees (Friday - Sunday)

Weekday Rental Fees (Monday - Thursday)

• A security deposit of $500 is required with the rental application that is refundable after the event. Please note: In addition to the standard weekday or weekend rates, there will be a surcharge added to rentals for all weddings and wedding receptions: $250
• Photography sessions may be held at Hay House for $50 for the first hour and $15 for each additional hour. Bridal portraits are included in the price for anyone renting the house for a wedding and/or reception. All other photography sessions are subject to a minimum $50 fee.
• Hay House is available to rent from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. during the months of September to May.
• Renting the Hay House from June through August is discouraged because the house is not climate controlled. The Hay House still offers Bridal Portraits during these months.
• Nonprofit organizations will receive a 40% discount off the standard rental rates. Groups interested in this discount must provide proof that they meet the specifications for nonprofit status.
• Pending availability, there is a 25% discount for rentals booked less than 30 days in advance of the event.
