In addition to regular tours and special events, Hay House is also available for weddings, receptions, banquets and other occasions.

Rental rates

- A security deposit of $500 is required with the rental application that is refundable after the event.
- Photography sessions may be held at Hay House for $75 for 2 hours. Bridal portraits are included in the price for anyone renting the house for a wedding and/or reception.
- Hay House is available to rent from 6 p.m. to 11p.m. during the months of September to May.
- Renting the Hay House from June through August is discouraged because the house is not climate controlled. The Hay House still offers Bridal Portraits during these months.
- Nonprofit organizations will receive a 40% discount off the standard rental rates. Groups interested in this discount must provide proof that they meet the specifications for nonprofit status.
- Pending availability, there is a 25% discount for rentals booked less than 30 days in advance of the event.
